Founded with a deep commitment to service and compassion, our agency proudly provides in-home services through Indiana’s Aged and Disabled (A&D) Waiver, a Medicaid program designed to help individuals who are elderly or disabled maintain their independence and quality of life outside of institutional settings. 

We specialize in supporting individuals who face daily challenges due to age, disability, or chronic health conditions.
